Thank you for choosing Monarch’s Rest Inc. I’m so excited to help you plan your next getaway! Here’s what to expect as we begin working together.
📋 Step 1: Let’s Get Started
- Please send your full legal names (as shown on passports), dates of birth, and contact details.
- Share your destination, travel dates, budget, and special requests.
- If you’d like to chat before we begin, we can book a short appointment. Or if you’re ready to go, I’ll send a Credit Card Authorization Form for the non-refundable travel planning fee ($100–$500 depending on complexity).
- Once that’s submitted, I’ll begin researching your custom quote (delivered in 2–3 business days).
💳 Step 2: Booking Your Trip
- You’ll confirm your chosen trip and I’ll send a secure Credit Card Authorization Form to process your deposit.
- We’ll discuss travel insurance (waiver required if declined).
- I’ll also ask if you want to add:
- Luggage options
- Transfers to/from the airport
- Excursions or activity packages
- Once booked, I’ll send you a full confirmation with payment details and deadlines.
🧳 Step 3: Before You Travel
- I’ll remind you when your final payment is due (usually 45 days before departure).
- Travel documents will be sent 1–2 weeks before your trip: flight info, hotel vouchers, insurance, and a custom guide.
- I’ll also provide destination tips, currency info, and packing help if you’d like it!
🌴 While You’re Away
- You’ll have my contact info if anything comes up while you’re away.
- You’ll also receive emergency contacts for the resort and insurance provider.
🎉 After You Return
- I’ll follow up after your trip to hear how everything went.
- You’re always welcome to share a favorite memory or review!
- I’ll save your preferences for next time to make future bookings a breeze.
